PREAMBLE
Austerlitz SARL publishes the website available at www.hotel-austerlitz.com.
This site allows you to book online one or more rooms for a stay at the Hotel Libertel Austerlitz Jardin des Plantes.
The registration of a reservation requires consultation and acceptance by the client, by checking the box provided for this purpose, these terms and conditions of sale.
The customer has the option to print them and get a copy by making a written request to the address given in the imprint's website.
The version of the general conditions of sale apply is available online on the site at the time of booking.
The reservation process and the general conditions of sale are available in French and in English.
1. DEFINITION
For the interpretation of these terms and conditions of sale, the following terms are defined as follows:
"Conditions" means these terms and conditions of sale.
"Customer" means the person reserving for his personal or business needs, one or more rooms from the website.

2. SUBJECT
These Terms are intended to define the contractual relationship between the hotel and the customer through the online booking of hotel rooms from the website and the client's stay at the hotel.
3. RESERVATION
Offers and prices on the website are valid for the duration of their on-line on the website of the hotel.
The reservation made by the client is accepted by the hotel after the booking process described below.
The booking process includes the following steps:

The customer is informed that the hotel reserves the right to request pre-authorization on credit cards prior to arrival.
Final confirmation of booking results in sending an email to the customer at the address provided by it when booking online.

4. CANCELLATION - NO SHOW
The customer has the option to cancel the booking under the following conditions detailed below:
In case of cancellation of his reservation after midnight the day before expected arrival, or in the event that he would not run (no show), the hotel will charge, the bank account whose details have been provided when booking, the price of a scheduled night when booking.
Similarly, if during a stay of several nights, the customer decides to cancel one or more nights after 9 am on the day of arrival or as the case of his departure, the hotel will charge the bank account, details of which were provided during the booking, the price of a night planned at it.
5. STAY IN THE HOTEL
Registration (check-in) the customer can be done on the day of his arrival from 14.00.
The day of departure, the client must vacate your room no later than 24:00.
6. PRICE
Room rates and services offered by the hotel are expressed in all cases excluding taxes.
These prices will increase the amount of VAT applicable on the date of full payment of the price at the hotel.

Prices are also in all cases services included and are valid for the duration of their posting on the website of the hotel.

It is expressly stated that children from the age of 13 are counted as adults.
The exchange rates offered on the site are provided merely for guidance.
The room rates offered on the site do not include the cost of additional services include:
- Breakfast;
- Home of the animals.
The prices of these services are:
- Breakfast: 12 euros per person (adult or child) per day;
- Home animals (only on request): 25 euros per day per animal, one animal per room.
7. PAYMENT
Payment shall be made during check-out from the customer's bank account indicated by the latter when booking online and results in the delivery of an invoice to the customer by the hotel.
It is recalled that in the event of cancellation of reservation after midnight the day of arrival of the client or during the stay, or in the event that it would not run, the price of one night's accommodation provided upon reservation will be charged to the bank account whose details have been filled on the day of booking.
8. RESPONSIBILITY
Photographs and descriptions of the hotel posted on the website represent the hotel as the most accurate possible.
However, they have no contractual value.
The responsibility of the hotel can therefore never be liable for any variation including change of furniture or construction of any work in the hotel.
In addition, the hotel can not be held liable in case the performance of its obligations is delayed, restricted or made impossible due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure.
Are considered as force majeure within the meaning of these terms of sale usually the assumptions used by the French courts.
9. PERSONAL DATA
All personal data collected on the website are subject to treatment by the hotel.
The treatments are made for managing the booking of rooms and the sending of e-mails relating to the new hotel.
The provision of certain information marked as mandatory on the form of data collection when booking on the site is necessary for the registration of the reservation in the hotel.
